They did not have a part ready for our first appointment and so we had to make a second trip. However, they did give a little discount, I would have like to seen a bigger discount for our inconvenience.

You don't need my plaudits to know that your service is excellent. As a first-time customer, it was your reputation that brought me in, and I wasn't disappointed. You could have sold me unnecessary service work to pad the bill, but instead, your recommendations saved me money. I came in as a customer, but left as a friend. I'll most assuredly be back. These guys (especially Brad and Phil) are the best. Despite the challenges posed by my mechanically-limited mind, they have consistently showed patience while explaining to me the limitations of my vehicle, or the maintenance problems encountered, and why it's going to cost more money.
