Everyone is always helpful, either by phone or in person

They are always friendly. They treat me with respect. As a woman and senior citizen I appreciate that. They never push me to have repairs down. It is explained to me what needs to be done and let me make the decision.

Since I started going to Phil's in early 2008, I have been treated like "one of the family." Brad and Mike are both great, take care of my needs expeditiously, and make me smile (sometimes I laugh out loud). I would, and do, recommend Phil's to anyone I talk with that is looking for a good mechanic.

I was definately impressed for the first day I arrived to see what was wrong with my car after AAA had dropped it off, when it just wouldn't start the night before. I expected a detached listing of possible problem, with no indication of cost. What I found was the exact opposite, as everyone from service rep to the administative assitant expressed empathy with my situation and a concern to do whatever they could to make things right as soon as possible. Bart was totally honest a straight forward with me that there were cost he could qoute me and others he couldn't until they checked the vehicle. This is likely normal for them, but it was a delightful and reassuring surprise for me, with customer oriented service being so rare to find these days. In short they found and fix the problem and notified me of other issues that could cause problems down the road that I was unaware of, giving me the option to fix them now or not. I choose to get them fixed now and again the service was excellent and frankly less costly than I would have assumed on my own. If I could have imagined the ideal auto repair shop possible, Phil's Pro Auto Service in Greeley, Colorado would fit every criteria. My expereince there renews my faith that indeed customer service still lives. Outstanding!

It is refreshing these days to find a service provider that isn't constantly looking for ways to charge you more for services that you may not necessarily need. Phil's provided me with all the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision on what I wanted vs. what I needed to have done to my car. In the end, they probably sacrificed a little bit of one-time revenue, but gained a dedicated customer.
